Capitol Rioter Jenna Ryan Insists That She Won’t Go To Prison
The Texas lawyer and realtor replied to a Tweet which was a GIF of Oprah Winfrey pointing to several people which plays on her infamous car giveaway to her audience. The overlaid text was switched to, “You goin’ to jail. You goin’ to jail. Everybody Goin’ to jail.”
Although “QAnon Shawmam” Jake Angeii was possibly the most talked about person, aside from Donald Trump, after the assault at the U.S. Capitol — Texas realtor and riot participant Jenna Ryan stood out from the crowd.
She attended the “Stop The Steal” rally headed by the former U.S. President Donald Trump whom she had much admiration and praise for.
Despite the reality settling in that Trump wasn’t going to pardon her and others for the attack — Jenna Ryan remains defiant on social media despite the ongoing criminal investigation for her role in the riot.
She’s playing up the patriotic conservative role, similar to Kaitlin Bennett, and insists she won’t face any prison time after documenting her journey to the U.S. Capitol.
Aside from her casual racism — her skin color ultimately won’t be nough to get her out of this jam, although, it certainly helps.
And unfortunately for her she’s already given the prosecution more than enough evidence to work with as she made her intentions clear via social media.
The Charges Jenna Ryan Is Currently Facing

White privilege means doubling-down to protect that privilege
If you’ve ever witnessed someone using their White privilege in real life — it can be an pretty jarring experience, because you’re left questioning reality and if the person truly exists in the same world as you.
We’ve seen this numerous times with White middle-aged women, who are labeled a “Karen” after an internet meme.
But when their bad behavior is called out e.g. coughing on someone after being called out for not wearing mask, however, they feel as if they’re being attacked.
That’s what we’re seeing play out with Jenna Ryan as she continues to deny that she was wrong despite the fact that what she did was 100% illegal. And now that she has hired criminal defense attorney Guy Wormack — she’s feeling more unstoppable than ever as she continues to post conspiracy theories and even still supports former former President Trump.
A court date has yet to be set. It’s going to be an interesting case in which we’ll will assuredly see her attorney making the argument that Trump and her fellow patriots were the one’s to blame and she’s the victim in all of this as she was simply following orders. Womack will have his work cut out for him, but White women who can play the victim is still America’s favorite story and it shouldn’t be any surprise if she does avoid hard time.
