I’ve mostly drafted and written articles directly from my iPhone. I’d say about as much as 80% of my articles were born out of an idea I had and was written from start-to-finish on my iPhone.

My hopes are that they kept the framework for the writing and editing module and will implement it in a separate app that’s exclusively for writers.

We’re a niche group, but I’m sure other writers who write almost exclusively from computer liked the idea that—if they’re away from it—they could write down ideas for an article on their phones and resume it on their computer.
